Conquer Over Eating

 

DOES THIS RING A BELL?

 I find myself Eating:

When I'm anxious I eat lots of wrong foods, by the truckload

*

When I watch TV I find myself munching continuously

*

When I do something difficult I reward myself with whatever I want

*

When I am in an uncomforatble situation I eat for support

*

When I'm sad I comfort myself by looking from my favorite fattening foods

*

When I am under stress I find I require to eat nonstop to release

*

When I'm lonely I binge eat to support myself as this frees the lonelieness

*

When I am completing a task I reward myself by eating continuously

*

I make excuses to eat by telling myself that its not my fault my matabolism is built this way, we cant all be skinny

*

I tell myself its ok to eat whatever I want as the packet says things like 90% fat free, or it say lite, or the word diet, so this means I can eat whatever I want and I might even reward myself with chocolate or something later because I ate all that lite diet fat free food.

 

"I cannot seem to help myself, I always want all the wrong foods"

 

No Food is Wrong Food, but it becomes a problem if this is what you crave all the time, and you make up excuses why its ok, and you feel it is needed in order to feel good.
