I don't know what else to say about this little nugget but to say that it is without exception one of best beginners guides I have read.
Even though I personally consider myself to be a well rounded advanced EFT Practitioner I frequently expose myself to the writing of others to broaden my knowledge. I was attracted to this EBook after a friend talked about it and gave it rave reviews.
This is not your typical Beginners Guide to EFT. Although it does cover some of the normal areas the creator Mary Jones has added significant value with a huge array of scripts.
I personally found this to be an exceptional read and have sense purchased more material from Mary due to this awesome product.
